New trees at Bellaire high school stem from Chevron partnership with Trees for Houston

Chevron is helping Houston get a little greener. As part of their Humankind volunteer initiative, Chevron Houston mobilizes their employees to volunteer with more than 40 Houston-area partnerships, including the local non-profit Trees for Houston. Together, they planted dozens of trees at Bellaire High School. Since their partnership began in 1998, Chevron’s financial and volunteer support of Trees for Houston has enabled the planting of more than 8,000 trees, including providing more than $1.8 million in funding.
