I recognize that this is the early days of this problem, but I heard the way to get a correct answer to something is to put the wrong answer on the internet. Don't tell me the correct answer is to hold the humans responsible. That may be true, but it is not the problem I'm trying to solve.How do I hold the agents accountable?
