Rare dinosaur exhibition makes American debut at Perot Museum in Dallas
The Perot Museum of Nature and Science will become the first North American venue to host the international tour of The March of the Triceratops when it comes to Dallas…
The Fort Worth Museum of Science and History will become the second museum in the world to host the exhibition "Capturing Life, Creating Character: The Art of Live-Action Reference," which features an inside look at the creative process behind some of Walt Disney Studios’ animated films.
According to a release, the Walt Disney Archives curated and designed the new exhibition, which is currently on display at the Muzeo Museum and Cultural Center in Anaheim, California.
The exhibition will open in Fort Worth on November 14, 2026, and will be featured in the museum’s upstairs Havener Gallery. It will remain on display through February 14, 2027.
Through collections and activities from the Walt Disney Archives — including photographs, documents, objects, videos, interactive pieces, and photo opportunities, as well as an audio guide — guests will discover how Disney animators use live-action performers, props, and sets as visual references to bring the movement and expressions of some iconic characters and scenes to life.
