Roomba Max 715 Vac review: Powerful vacuuming, with a few snags (literally)

At a glance

Expert's Rating

Pros

Strong cleaning performance, especially on carpets

Compact, self-emptying dock

Intuitive app with smart cleaning options

Relatively affordable for a premium robot vacuum

Cons

Unreliable obstacle avoidance

Requires stronger suction settings for effective hard-floor cleaning

Loud auto-emptying cycle

Our Verdict

The Roomba Max 715 Vac delivers capable, largely hands-off cleaning at a reasonable price. It’s a solid choice for households that don’t need mopping, provided they’re willing to tidy up clutter before running it.
