The most consequential security problem in enterprise AI may not be a model giving a wrong answer. It may be what happens when that model is wired to an identity with enough authority to turn the answer into an action.
An agent that can query a database, call an infrastructure API, update a ticket, and trigger a workflow is no longer an interface to a model. It is an executing software principal. Most enterprises are still securing it like a web app with a clever text box, and I think that mismatch is where the next wave of incidents will come from.
